Meredith's Green Smoothie recipe


Handful of baby spinach

Handful of kale

1/2 frozen banana (sometimes I add frozen peaches if I they are available)

1/3 cup of egg whites (or whey protein powder if preferred)

1/2 cup almond milk

1 T. freshly ground almond butter (or peanut butter)

enough water to mix smoothly


Blend until desired creaminess.  Enjoy!
