Trying to lessen the sugar you and your family eats, but still crave a little something? Try this energy bite to satisfy your sweet tooth and you won't even feel guilty!
Snowballs Energy Bites
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup Wild Friends Chocolate Coconut Butter
• 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix all ingredients except shredded coconut together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Roll the dough into bite size balls and then roll in coconut.
- Chill, and enjoy!
Note: These last longest when stored in the fridge.
Makes 24 small cookies
